CUBE Gamification + UpReach — PlayBooth for partners

CUBE is the Lumynos Labs gamification SaaS for interactive lead-capture experiences. As a PlayBooth partner, event agencies and exhibition builders run CUBE directly on UpReach terminals: the visitor plays a quiz or prize wheel in the client's brand design, releases their data (data gating) and receives an AI-generated photo as the reward. Two products, one enquiry, one GDPR-compliant lead system.

More than 200 B2B brands from across Europe trust UpReach — from agencies to enterprise corporations.

The PlayBooth concept combines UpReach's AI photo infrastructure with the CUBE gamification engine on a single terminal.
Game mechanics: quiz, leaderboard, prize wheel or knowledge game — configurable in the client's brand design, no development work.
Data gating: after the game, the visitor releases their name, email and company. The AI-generated photo is the incentive.
CRM integration: leads flow via webhook in real time into HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo — with a GDPR opt-in timestamp.
Second screen: the game can be shown on a large vyndo display while visitors control it from their smartphone.

Three levers for PlayBooth partners

Gamification structurally raises the willingness to leave contact details. A visitor who actively plays releases their data voluntarily — not because they were approached, but because they want to see the result. The combination of a game result and an AI photo as the prize produces higher opt-in rates than any conventional form.

The CUBE interface and the UpReach terminal appear entirely in the client's brand design. URL, fonts, colours, GDPR copy and email dispatch (SMTP) are configured per client profile. The agency positions the setup as its own digital event concept — with no reference to UpReach or CUBE.

Partners receive agency purchase prices on CUBE licences and UpReach hardware. The agency sets the client price independently. The combined PlayBooth package (hardware + gamification + AI photo + lead export) justifies higher daily rates than the sum of the individual products.

Terms for PlayBooth partners

The PlayBooth partner programme combines the terms of UpReach and CUBE. Partners receive bundled agency pricing for hardware and the SaaS licence. You can start with a single project. As your volume grows, the terms and support levels of both brands grow with it. Specific terms are agreed in a direct conversation.

Proven PlayBooth use cases

The UpReach terminal sits on the stand. The visitor plays an industry quiz in the exhibitor's brand design, leaves their contact details and receives an AI photo as the prize. Leads flow via API straight into the exhibitor's CRM. The agency delivers the client a measurable lead pipeline rather than an entertainment feature.

Internal events (annual conferences, onboarding days) use PlayBooth for employee engagement: a knowledge game about the company history, a prize wheel with company rewards, an AI photo in corporate style for LinkedIn. The gamification element increases dwell time at the setup and delivers HR data for internal analytics.

01

Our own photo booth software — integrated with CUBE

UpReach and CUBE run on a shared data architecture. The multi-tenant UpReach CMS is prepared for the combination with CUBE game modules — central configuration, campaign changes via cloud push, lead data from both systems in the same export.

02

Latest-generation AI features as the gamification prize

Face swap, background removal and GlamBot slow-motion are leading external models integrated into our own software, booked as modular, credit-based add-ons. The AI photo is the core incentive for data gating: visitors release their data because they want to see the result.

03

Our own hardware line

UpReach terminals (CE, ISO 9001) are built for high-traffic event use. CUBE runs in the browser on UpReach terminals, on vyndo touch displays and on standard iPads — hardware-agnostic, with no special software installation.

Hardware for PlayBooth setups

For standard PlayBooth setups at trade fairs, the Pro V1 (from €6,990 net) is the reliable choice: high-traffic capable, all AI features, touchscreen for game interaction. For mobile events and pop-ups, the Compact (from €4,990 net) is the compact alternative. For second-screen setups with CUBE on large displays, we recommend pairing with vyndo touch displays (available via vyndo.io). The iPad Photo Booth rounds out the portfolio for compact gamification uses without a fixed terminal. All prices excl. VAT. The software ecosystem is included for 12 months in the purchase price (annual contract thereafter); AI modules are credit-based and modular.

PlayBooth as a strategic upselling asset

Gamification as a data-gating mechanism

The psychology behind PlayBooth: a visitor who actively completes a game has made an invested action. The willingness to release contact details at the end of the game in return for a personalised AI photo is structurally higher than with passive form enquiries. Data gating is not an obstacle but the natural conclusion of the game mechanic. The client receives high-quality leads with a full GDPR opt-in timestamp.

Second-screen architecture for maximum dwell time

The combination of the UpReach terminal (AI photo output) and the vyndo display (live leaderboard) creates a public contest at the stand. The leaderboard on the large screen draws in further visitors who were not actively looking. Dwell time rises and the social-proof effect grows through the public visibility of the AI photos on the display.

CRM integration for a closed lead pipeline

Leads from CUBE (game data, score) and UpReach (AI photo download, GDPR opt-in) are merged via API and pushed to the client's CRM in real time via webhook. This removes manual lead handovers and data breaks between the game interaction and the CRM record. Time-to-lead is under a minute.

Frequently asked questions about the PlayBooth partner programme

Can UpReach and CUBE be sold to clients as your own technology?

Yes. Both systems are fully white-label. Neither UpReach nor CUBE appears in client-facing contact — no branding, no reference to the suppliers. The agency positions the PlayBooth setup as its own digital event concept. URL, interface, emails and hardware appear solely in the brand design of the agency or the client.

Which game mechanics are available in CUBE?

CUBE offers quizzes, leaderboards, prize wheels and knowledge games — configurable through the CUBE dashboard with no development work. Game content (questions, prizes, brand colours) is set per client profile. New game modules are deployed remotely. For specific game mechanics, bespoke development can be commissioned.

Which hardware does PlayBooth require?

CUBE is browser-based — it runs on UpReach terminals, vyndo touch displays and standard iPads with no special software installation. For PlayBooth setups with AI photo output, a UpReach terminal is recommended (Pro V1 from €6,990 net or Compact from €4,990 net). For second-screen setups, we recommend pairing with a vyndo display. All prices excl. VAT.

How are leads from CUBE and UpReach merged?

Leads from the game interaction (CUBE) and the photo download (UpReach) are merged via API and pushed to the client's CRM in real time via webhook (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). Every lead carries a GDPR opt-in timestamp and the score from the game. No manual data export, no data break between the systems.

Can the PlayBooth setup be configured without IT knowledge?

faq-5-answer

Yes. The CUBE dashboard and the UpReach CMS are designed for agency teams without developer effort. Game content, brand settings and lead-form configurations are set through the interface. Onboarding includes training on both systems — the aim is full independence after the first training session.

How are GDPR opt-ins documented for gamification setups?

Every game interaction ends with an explicit GDPR opt-in for the photo download. Every lead carries a cryptographically secured timestamp. On request, UpReach provides a data processing agreement and technical data-flow documentation. For clients in regulated sectors (pharma, finance), this documentation is the basis for compliance sign-off.
