No. Every UpReach system is designed to be plug-and-play. Set-up runs in three steps: open the flight case, position the system, plug in the power. The software starts automatically with the pre-configured event set-up, including branding, AI features and the data form. The whole set-up takes under 30 minutes, with no IT knowledge and no technician on site. Optional extra: a set-up service by an UpReach technician, particularly worthwhile at trade shows with complex stand logistics.
Every UpReach system carries three certifications: CE marking (EU safety standards for electrical equipment), ISO 9001 (the international standard for quality management in manufacturing) and FCC (radio-frequency conformity for international markets).
