UpReach partner programme for event agencies — your white-label technology partner
Event agencies carry responsibility for everything running smoothly — third-party hardware often becomes the point of failure the agency has to answer for. UpReach is the quiet technology partner in the background: CE-certified industrial terminals, AI software and a GDPR-compliant lead architecture — entirely white-label. The agency presents the technology as its own brand. Framework agreements, training and priority level-2 support keep the production safe.

More than 200 B2B brands from across Europe trust UpReach — from agencies to enterprise corporations.
The agency designs the stand for the corporate client. Instead of buying hardware from changing suppliers, it draws the UpReach terminal from the agency pool. The terminal housing is wrapped in the client's brand design and the software interface is configured in the cloud CMS. The client receives a consistent lead system under the agency's name. UpReach delivers the hardware in a flight case to the venue, handles remote support in the background and never appears to the client.
Three levers for event agencies
Terminals, software interface, email dispatch (SMTP) and download links appear solely in the brand design of the agency or the client. UpReach stays entirely invisible. The agency sells the technology as its own premium solution — with no reference to the supplier.
Agencies with repeat volume receive tiered purchase terms. Leasing models allow a fleet to be built quickly without tying up capital. The agency sets the client price independently — the mark-up for concept, setup and support stays fully under its own control.
For software questions during live events, UpReach level-2 support is on hand via remote access. AI processing runs in the cloud (GDPR-secured); an on-device edge/offline mode is available on request. If the connection drops, lead data is buffered offline and synced when the connection returns.
Terms for event agencies
The agency partner programme is built for agencies that repeatedly produce client events with UpReach technology. Entry is deliberately low-threshold — an agency profile is set up even for single projects. As your booking volume grows, the terms and support levels grow with it. Specific pricing is agreed in a direct conversation — no list prices, because agency models are tailored individually.

Proven partner models for agencies
The agency owns concept and creative; UpReach provides the infrastructure. At the fair, the terminal acts as a GDPR-compliant lead-capture point in the client's exact brand book. Leads flow via REST API into the client's CRM in real time.

The agency builds the photo station into its event packages as standard. Premium AI features (GlamBot, face swap) are presented as high-margin add-ons. The client pays for the experience — the agency keeps the difference.
Why UpReach as your agency technology partner
Our own photo booth software
Multi-tenant CMS: every client profile is isolated. Campaign changes in minutes via cloud push. New AI features are deployed remotely — no physical return of devices. The agency manages all client profiles centrally, with no developer effort.
Latest-generation AI features
Background removal, GlamBot, face swap and 360-degree video are leading external models integrated into our own software (credit-based and modular). For agencies, that means premium AI as a standard offer to clients — you cost the credit-based AI usage transparently into each project.
Our own hardware line
A hardware line manufactured to our own specification (CE, ISO 9001) for decades of event transport. Shock-resistant flight cases optional. The hardware loses no configuration in transit and boots straight into kiosk mode.
Which hardware fits agency portfolios?
For trade fairs and high-traffic B2B events, the Pro V1 (from €6,990 net) is the standard: rugged, high-traffic capable, all AI features. For premium galas and fashion events, the Mirror Pro (from €9,990 net) works as a design element. For mobile events and pop-ups, the Compact (from €4,990 net) is the compact choice. Rental and leasing terms for framework agreements on request. All prices excl. VAT. The software ecosystem is included for 12 months in the purchase price (annual contract thereafter); AI modules are credit-based and modular.

A dependable technology partnership for event agencies
Reliability as the core promise
Events have no rehearsal mode. UpReach terminals are built for continuous industrial use: no system crashes under heavy traffic, and lead capture keeps working even when the venue Wi-Fi is overloaded. AI processing runs in the cloud (GDPR-secured), with an on-device edge/offline mode available on request for the most sensitive deployments. If the internet drops, the system buffers leads offline and syncs automatically when the connection returns. That removes the most critical point of failure for agencies.
Fleet management for large campaigns
For agencies running parallel roadshows across several cities, the cloud dashboard gives central control: software updates to all devices at once, campaign changes by push, lead data from every location consolidated in a single export. When the client asks for an interim report after day one, the export is done in the dashboard in under a minute — no walking the halls.
Pitch support and ROI documentation
For client pitches, UpReach provides technical documentation, compliance evidence and demo options. After the event, the dashboard delivers full ROI documentation: interactions, lead conversion rate, earned media value, time-to-lead. This data is the basis for follow-up pitches and framework-agreement renewals with the client.
The right system for every application
From compact selfie stations for pop-up events to walk-in studio cabins for impressive trade fair appearances. All compliant with CE and ISO-9001 standards.

Frequently asked questions from the agency world
Yes. That is the heart of the white-label programme. UpReach branding appears nowhere — not on the hardware, in the software, the emails or the sharing page. To the client, the agency is the sole provider and operator of the IT solution. The agency positions itself as an end-to-end IT provider, not a reseller of a third-party manufacturer.
AI features such as face swap, GlamBot slow-motion and 360-degree video are leading external models integrated into our own software, booked as modular, credit-based add-ons. The agency can present these features to clients as high-margin packages (for example a "premium AI activation") and set its own mark-up on top, costing the credit-based usage transparently. This raises the average project value without proportionally higher purchase costs.
Framework agreements run for 12 months and include guaranteed allocations for the Q4 peak season. The term can be extended to 24 or 36 months, which brings further improvements to the terms. Rental terms for short-notice individual projects outside the framework agreement are also available.
Yes. The unit price falls as booking frequency and fleet size increase. From 5 events or 3 terminals per year, the agency moves into the framework agreement with tiered terms. From 15+ events or 10+ terminals, individual terms are negotiated. All terms are defined in a direct conversation.
faq-5-answer
No. The terminals are plug-and-play (ISO 9001, set up in under 15 minutes). During onboarding, the agency team is trained on hardware handling and CMS configuration. When staff change, UpReach trains new project leads by video call. For large events with GlamBot or 360-degree, UpReach staff can be booked in as an option.
On request, UpReach provides a data processing agreement, technical data-flow documentation, the biometric data architecture and evidence of low-risk status under the EU AI Act. Biometric raw data is deleted after rendering, and consent is captured at the terminal. For clients in pharma, finance and the public sector, this documentation is the basis for compliance sign-off. The agency submits it on the client's behalf.
