White-label event tech — 100% control for agencies

In B2B, the client's brand is sacred. Agencies and IT system houses do not want a third-party manufacturer's hardware on the stand of their most important corporate clients. The UpReach white-label programme makes UpReach entirely invisible: from the steel housing and the touchscreen interface to the GDPR copy and the SMTP sender address for emails. The agency markets the technology as its own brand.

More than 200 B2B brands from across Europe trust UpReach — from agencies to enterprise corporations.

At UpReach, white-label means four layers of invisibility.
Hardware wrapping: CE-certified terminals are fully wrapped in the RAL colours of the client's brand design — including cutting templates accurate to the millimetre.
Custom UI: in the cloud CMS, the agency adapts every button, font and colour code to the client's style guide. No fixed UpReach templates.
Domain and SMTP: image galleries run on your own subdomain (for example fotos.your-event.com). Emails are sent from the client's own SMTP server — no UpReach sender.
Support proxy: UpReach communicates only with the agency, never directly with the client.

Three levers for white-label partners

Cold-rolled steel housings (Pro V1, Mirror Pro, StudioCabin V2) are fully wrapped in the client's RAL colour. UpReach supplies cutting templates accurate to the millimetre. The terminal takes on the exact look of the client's stand wall — no UpReach branding visible, where that is not wanted.

The multi-tenant cloud CMS gives the agency full control: upload your own fonts, adjust button colours (HEX/RGB), swap out start animations, align AI frames with the campaign goal. Every client profile is isolated — no mixing of data between clients.

In white-label mode, the agency enters the client's SMTP server details directly in the back end. Emails come from "events@your-client.com" — not from UpReach. This secures the highest open rates and avoids problems with corporate firewalls.

Terms for white-label partners

The white-label programme is open from the first project. As volume grows, the range of customisation options, the support level and the terms grow with it. Specific pricing is agreed in a direct conversation.

White-label entry

Requirement: From the first project

Included: White-label access, hardware wrapping, custom UI, SMTP integration, onboarding training

Agency framework agreement

Requirement: From 3 terminals or 5 events per year

Included: Tiered pricing, Q4 allocation guarantee, a dedicated contact, extended branding options

Strategic white-label partnership

Requirement: From 10 terminals per year

Included: Individually negotiated terms, co-development of new branding features, priority support SLA

Proven white-label use cases

The agency sells the corporate client a "digital lead system" — with no reference to UpReach. Hardware, software, GDPR management and analytics appear entirely in the client's brand design. The agency keeps the margin between purchase price and client invoice.

IT system houses integrate UpReach terminals as an interactive component in larger AV installations for corporate clients. The hardware configuration runs in the background through UpReach — the system house's client sees only the system house's own brand.

01

Our own photo booth software

Multi-tenant CMS: every client profile is fully isolated. Campaign changes, brand updates and lead-form configurations are deployed centrally. Updates for new features are applied remotely — no physical return of devices for the agency.

02

Latest-generation AI features

Background removal, face swap and GlamBot slow-motion are leading external models integrated into our own software, booked as modular, credit-based add-ons. The agency charges premium AI features to clients as high-margin upselling packages, costing the credit-based usage transparently rather than facing proportionally higher purchase costs.

03

Our own hardware line

A hardware line manufactured to our own specification (CE, ISO 9001). Designed for years of event transport: shock-resistant metal housings, industrial components, a minimal repair rate. The terminals withstand daily transport without losing their configuration.

Hardware for white-label projects

For standard trade fairs and B2B events, the Pro V1 (from €6,990 net) is the reliable choice: rugged, all AI features, ISO 9001. For premium galas, fashion events and employer-branding installations, the Mirror Pro (from €9,990 net) is recommended — a large-format mirror surface and an ideal wrapping area for the client's brand design. For permanent installations (experience centres, head offices), the StudioCabin V2 (from €16,990 net) is the standard. All prices excl. VAT. The software ecosystem is included for 12 months in the purchase price (annual contract thereafter); AI modules are credit-based and modular.

White-label as a business-model lever

The agency as a technology brand

The white-label approach changes the agency's business model at a structural level: instead of selling the creative concept and handing the hardware margin to a supplier, the agency positions itself as an end-to-end IT provider. The client books a "digital lead system from the agency" — with no reference to the technology supplier. When the client plans their next event, they remember the agency's technology. The client relationship sits entirely with the partner.

GDPR compliance without effort for the agency

Every lead carries a cryptographically secured GDPR opt-in timestamp. On request, UpReach provides a data processing agreement that the agency passes on to its client. The technical documentation (data flow, biometric data architecture, EU AI Act low-risk status) is available for compliance reviews, and biometric raw data is deleted after rendering — for clients in pharma, finance and the public sector, this is the basis for sign-off.

Support proxy: UpReach stays invisible

For technical questions during live events, UpReach communicates only with the agency — never directly with the client. Software misconfigurations can be fixed directly through cloud access. The agency receives a solution and passes it on under its own name. The client sees the agency as the sole IT service provider.

Frequently asked questions about the white-label programme

Can the hardware really be physically branded?

Yes. The Pro V1, Mirror Pro and StudioCabin V2 are designed for full-surface wrapping. UpReach supplies cutting templates accurate to the millimetre. The terminal can be wrapped in the exact RAL shade of the client's stand wall — no UpReach branding visible, where that is not wanted.

What can be customised on the software interface?

The agency has full pixel-level control in the cloud CMS: upload your own fonts, adjust button colours (HEX/RGB), swap out start animations, align AI frames with the campaign goal. There are no fixed UpReach templates. Every client profile is fully isolated.

How are your own domain and SMTP address set up?

The agency enters the client's SMTP server details directly in the back end. Emails are then sent from the client's address (for example "events@your-client.com"), not from UpReach. Image galleries can be served on the client's own subdomain. Setup is done once during onboarding.

How does the support proxy work — without the client noticing UpReach?

When technical help is needed, UpReach communicates only with the agency — never directly with the client. Level-2 support accesses the terminal by remote connection and reports the solution to the agency. The agency passes the solution on under its own name. The client sees the agency as the sole IT service provider.

Which GDPR documentation does UpReach provide for clients in regulated sectors?

faq-5-answer

On request, UpReach provides a data processing agreement, technical data-flow documentation, the biometric data architecture and evidence of low-risk status under the EU AI Act. Biometric raw data is deleted after rendering, and consent is captured at the terminal. The agency submits this documentation on the client's behalf — for clients in pharma, finance and the public sector, it is the basis for compliance sign-off.

Can the white-label setup be reconfigured for each client?

Yes. The multi-tenant CMS fully isolates every client profile. The agency manages any number of client profiles centrally — campaign changes, brand updates and lead-form configurations are deployed by cloud push. No developer effort, no physical return of devices for software upgrades.
