Photo Booth for Hospitality & MICE — Hardware Leasing for Continuous Operation
MICE venues have to deliver turnkey technology to their B2B clients. When a planner books a gala, they favour venues that bundle lead generation and entertainment from a single source. UpReach sits exactly at this interface: a permanently leased photo station in the house removes the fault-prone booking of external suppliers on the event day. The hotel controls the technology, adapts the UI design to the planner and books the terminal's use as clean additional revenue.

More than 200 B2B brands from across Europe trust UpReach — from agencies to enterprise corporations.
The operational lever for space management
Balance-sheet-friendly hardware leasing
No capital tied up, predictable monthly rates as an operating expense (OpEx). Software updates and central support are included in the lease. The terminal refinances itself by sub-letting to B2B conference clients — a single booked use per month covers the lease rate.
Remote control for changing events
Hotel staff switch via the cloud dashboard within minutes between the brand identity of the Monday pharma conference and the Saturday gala. No technician on site, no cables to re-plug. Layouts are configured centrally and pushed via cloud to the terminal in conference room B.
Premium enclosure for a 5-star setting
CE-certified metal enclosures fit visually into hotel architecture. The Mirror Pro acts as a high-quality furnishing element in the lobby. The enclosures are fully wrappable — wood, stone and metal textures on request for brand-compliant integration.
Proven setups in hospitality
Background removal, face enhancement and style transfer in the campaign look, billed credit-based/modular. For MICE venues that means the terminal delivers LinkedIn-ready business portraits and red-carpet quality for galas with no agency production and no editing.
A product line manufactured to our own specification (CE, ISO 9001). The terminals are built for continuous operation — no repair intervals, no consumer hardware in third-party enclosures. The Mirror Pro and the StudioCabin V2 fit into premium lobby concepts as design elements.
Why UpReach for hospitality & MICE
The cloud dashboard is built for multi-client operation: every conference-client profile is isolated, campaign changes happen in minutes with no technician involvement. Headquarters — or the venues team — controls every terminal centrally. New AI features are deployed remotely, with no hardware return.

For lobby installations and premium galas, the Mirror Pro (from €9,990 net) is the first choice: a large-format mirror surface, a representative design element, wrappable for the long term. For permanent high-end installations in conference centres, the StudioCabin V2 (from €16,990 net) is recommended. The Compact (from €4,990 net) suits mobile conference-room deployments with a compact footprint. Leasing models for continuous operation on request — predictable OpEx instead of CapEx. All prices excl. VAT. The software ecosystem is included for 12 months in the purchase price (annual contract thereafter); AI modules are credit-based/modular.

Predictable investment architecture for the hotel trade
Leasing as a strategic business model
The leasing model transforms the hardware investment into a predictable operating expense. For hotels, that is the preferred route: capital cash flow stays untouched, the monthly lease rate is booked as an expense. With typical conference-client use of 2–4 events per month, the rate is covered by the surcharge the hotel charges for the tech upgrade. UpReach handles software updates and remote support within the lease — no internal IT effort for the house.
The bookable tech upgrade in the conference catalogue
MICE venues differentiate with turnkey technology the planner does not have to source themselves. The terminal is built into the proposal process as an optional add-on: "Photo station including GDPR opt-in and lead export — from €X per event day". The surcharge over the UpReach purchase price secures the venue margin. Because the terminal is permanently installed anyway, no additional logistics costs arise. The conference staff start the system via cloud push to the client brand identity — setup in under 5 minutes.
Brand flexibility for changing events
For venues with daily changing events, the cloud architecture is decisive: layouts, backgrounds, GDPR text and consent configurations are pre-configured in the dashboard and activated by push. The pharma company on Monday sees its brand identity, the gala party on Saturday its design. No overlaps, no data mixing — every client profile is isolated in the system. The venue team enters the client profiles once and switches at the touch of a button.

Frequently asked questions from hospitality & MICE
For continuous operation, leasing is the economically superior option: predictable OpEx booking, no tied-up capital, software updates and support included. With 2–4 conference-client uses per month and a typical surcharge for the tech upgrade, the hotel covers the lease rate from those bookings alone. Purchase models make sense for venues that build the hardware permanently into their portfolio and calculate the return on investment over several years.
The terminal is an earned-media generator: after the session, guests receive a QR code and share the branded image on Instagram or LinkedIn. UTM parameters track the organic shares and calculate the earned media value (EMV) in the dashboard — number of shares multiplied by the CPM of the relevant channel. For hotels that means the Mirror Pro in the foyer generates continuous organic visibility with the house branding, with no media budget.
The UpReach product line — the Mirror Pro and StudioCabin V2 in particular — is designed as an industrial design element that fits unobtrusively into premium lobby concepts. Enclosures are fully wrappable: wood textures, stone textures or metal surfaces on request. Only the house's defined corporate design appears on the touchscreen — no UpReach branding visible.
Leasing terms depend on the chosen model and the term length. The Mirror Pro (purchase price from €9,990 net) and the StudioCabin V2 (purchase price from €16,990 net) are calculated as leasing objects. For hotel chains with several locations, framework agreements with tiered terms are available. All prices excl. VAT — terms on request.
No. The cloud dashboard enables remote management with no technician on site. The events team configures the conference-client brand identity the day before in the dashboard and activates the layout by push to the terminal in the conference room. The hardware starts autonomously in kiosk mode. For unforeseen situations, UpReach support is available remotely.
Hotels are subject to strict data protection requirements. AI processing of guest images is GDPR-compliant, with the AI models running via cloud providers, GDPR-secured; biometric raw data is deleted after rendering. Guest data is only transmitted SSL-encrypted into the dashboard after an explicit GDPR opt-in. No personal data stays on the terminal in the conference room. The system is classified as a low-risk application under the EU AI Act — compliance documentation on request. An on-device edge/offline mode is available on request for maximally sensitive deployments.
