A GDPR-compliant deletion architecture: biometric raw data is deleted after rendering and the AI processing runs GDPR-compliant via the cloud. Consent is captured at the terminal. For client audits, UpReach provides a data processing agreement, data-flow documentation and EU AI Act compliance evidence on request — and an on-device edge/offline mode is available on request for maximally sensitive deployments.
