We own the full value chain. Pure SaaS providers (Snappic, Techkilla) often rely on a single, ageing AI model. Pure hardware resellers hand you a box with no software depth. UpReach has developed its software platform in-house since 2016 and controls the hardware to its own specification in parallel. That prevents driver conflicts and the usual "the software is to blame vs. the lens is to blame". On top of that we continuously integrate the leading AI models of the latest generation, with updates rolled out over the air. The software ecosystem is included for 12 months with a purchase (annual contract thereafter); AI modules are credit-based and modular.
Yes, this is one of our biggest strengths. We work deep in the automotive, pharma and healthcare sectors and know HCP status, multi-step opt-ins and privacy-first requirements. The lead form is built to pass a positive review by your internal data protection officer. Our AI processing is GDPR-compliant: consent is taken at the terminal, biometric raw data is deleted after rendering, and the set-up is low-risk under the EU AI Act. We provide a DPA and technical documentation, and an on-device edge/offline mode for the most sensitive deployments is available on request.
